• New patients will be called prior to their first appointment to secure their booking with a refundable £57 deposit*.
• Please be aware that a £15 cancellation fee will apply to all ‘follow up’ appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or not attended. You can cancel your appointment at any time up to the close of business (6 pm) the day before your appointment, either on line or by calling us on 01384 889 559.
• Please be aware that whilst we endeavour to see all patients within 20 minutes of their allotted time, as a busy, primary care pain clinic, occasionally appointments can run behind schedule. Please help us by attending on time and be understanding if the patient before you has taken a little longer to be seen.
